Each Bioline salmonella enrichment method has its own advantages.

It is possible to use the different enrichment methods and and merge detection into the ELISA Test from Bioline.

Depending on sample type, matrix, and resource consideration it is possible to obtain reliable results much earlier than culture and faster as usual. Basicly our methods are affordable and can be performed to equivalent or lower price than culture and any other rapid test

As OPTIMA and SELECTA methods have been reliably investigated and by AOAC, AFNOR and NordVal acc. to ISO 16140, It is possible to extend the range of samples to be tested and optimize work flow and merge the detectionl using the same ELISA Test kit, including PREMIA.

This is the first test kit on the market which has this build-in flexibility.

Due to the significantly shorter time of analysis the number of full analysis to be run within a 5-day work week is raised.

A further advantage of the Bioline salmonella methods is the option to combine the methods since the detection step is identical for all Bioline Salmonella methods.

Samples started in the afternoon with Bioline Salmonella OPTIMA and samples started the following morning with Bioline Salmonella SELECTA will be ready for ELISA at the same time. Since the ELISA procedure is the same for all samples regardsless of the enrichment procedure only 1 ELISA is to be performed.

Besides the achievement of very fast results also the time of handling samples is reduced significantly. Up to 93 samples can be analysed per ELISA plate with only 15 minutes of manual handling in the ELISA procedure. Thereby the time of handling 186-372 agar plates is saved.
